Our live Virtual Studio runs alongside our In-Studio Services to offer you a comprehensive roster of Pilates classes to support you in health, wellness, vitality and community connection. Online Group Mat Classes

Online group mat classes are the perfect way to maintain a dedicated movement practice while on-the-go. We all need movement, breath, routine and community, now more than ever. We currently offer three class times per week with a variety of drop-in & membership options to suit your needs. All classes are open to everybody, no prerequisites necessary. Can’t make the live class time? No problem. All classes are recorded and emailed to participants with access for 72 hours after class time.

- All classes are 50 minutes.
- Prices shown do not include GST.
- Please note, 1 Month is defined as 4 Weeks. Memberships may be used within a shorter period of time than stated on the package. eg. 1 Month - 1 Class / week = 4 classes to use within 4 weeks.

Online Private & Semi-Private Appointments

Online private appointments are a personalized one-on-one Pilates experience. We work with your individual history, needs and goals to create your ideal home program for whatever time suits your schedule best. Whether you have a living room floor or a home Pilates gym, we make it work for you, your space and your needs. We will incorporate various Fletcher Pilates® modalities such as Matwork, Floorwork®, Barrework™, Percussive Breath™ and Towelwork® in addition to working with any Pilates apparatus you may have. Most importantly, we’ll help keep you in a consistent routine of moving, breathing and self care for optimal health. All sessions are 50 minutes. Include anyone in your household for no extra charge.

This option is recommended for all students with injuries, special considerations and/or health care referrals.

Class Descriptions:

All Virtual Studio online mat classes are open to EVERY body - no prerequisites necessary.  Each class incorporates ALL Pilates fundamentals and principles to give you a full body movement experience regardless of class type.  We have divided our schedule into themed classes that highlight various principles within the Pilates repertoire.

MOBILITY & FLOW

This class will keep you moving with fluidity, inspired by breath. Along with all of our fundamentals and principles, we’ll highlight spinal articulation and mobility and stability of the hips and shoulder girdle. In addition to classical Matwork, we’ll play with pieces from the Fletcher Floorwork® repertoire for a complete full-body mobility practice from head to toe.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

This class builds on our Fundamentals and Mobility & Flow practices to challenge strength and endurance with full body integration.  Breathe deeply and move with power while increasing stamina and mental focus. Movement progressions in this fun and upbeat class will incorporate advanced variations.

FUNDAMENTALS

This class provides detailed awareness of our Pilates movement fundamentals. We’ll focus on alignment, standing and centering, breathing to support the pelvis and lengthen the spine, as well as balance and spinal mechanics. Moderately paced, our Fundamentals Class sets a strong and grounded foundation from which to build an intelligent and aligned movement practice.

RELEASE & RESTORE - currently on hold

Bring your tea, light a candle, and come with whatever you're feeling. Gentle stretching, hip opening, spinal articulation, and supportive breathwork will leave you feeling nourished to continue your day with enhanced awareness and self-compassion.
