MELT METHOD SERIES - New Clients Welcome!
Due to popular demand we are excited to bring back our MELT Method Workshop with the amazing, Natalie Kardum!
This 4 week MELT Method workshop series is a small group movement experience that incorporates self massage techniques using balls and rollers to support fluidity and ease throughout the entire body. With special attention given to the feet and hands, you’ll address tightness and dehydration in the body's supportive connective tissue, the fascia. The MELT Method helps to enhance mobility, stability, performance and overall well being while reducing and preventing chronic pain. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body, increased vitality and tools to incorporate into your self practice.
• Sundays 6-7pm, for 4 weeks

INTRO REFORMER SERIES - New clients welcome!
The Intro Reformer Series is a 5 week progressive series for students new to the Pilates Reformer. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates, the spring resistance of our state of the art equipment and a variety of fun and challenging Reformer exercises to align and strengthen the entire body. This class will provide you with a strong foundation to drop-in to any of our ongoing Reformer classes with knowledge, safety and confidence.
Choose either Mondays at 5pm or Saturdays at 4pm for $225+gst. Attend both classes per week for $425+gst.
