We are excited to bring back Pilates in the Park this Summer! All are welcome. Bring your friends and fam to experience the Fletcher Pilates Classical Matwork, no prerequisites necessary.

  • When: Thursday July 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st @ 6:30pm (50 minute class)

  • Where: Robson Park with Melila

  • Investment: $23 drop-in fee or $80 for all 4 weeks

Meet in the north west corner of Robson Park (599 Kingsway, at St-George) near the community garden. Please arrive a few minutes early as class will begin on time.

What you’ll need:

  • A yoga / exercise mat (or even better, a thick Pilates mat)

  • Water bottle

  • Sunglasses / sunscreen / a hat

  • There is a restroom on-site

For your health and the health of the planet, we encourage walking or biking to class! *Please note, we will notify students in the case of a class cancellation (extreme rain or smoke) in which case your investment will be put onto your account and can be used towards any other class or studio offering.

Registration and payment must be made online prior to each class. If you have not yet already done so, please be sure to fill out our intake form and waiver prior to your first class.

MELT METHOD SERIES - New Clients Welcome!

Due to popular demand we are excited to bring back our MELT Method Workshop with the amazing, Natalie Kardum!

This 4 week MELT Method workshop series is a small group movement experience that incorporates self massage techniques using balls and rollers to support fluidity and ease throughout the entire body. With special attention given to the feet and hands, you’ll address tightness and dehydration in the body's supportive connective tissue, the fascia. The MELT Method helps to enhance mobility, stability, performance and overall well being while reducing and preventing chronic pain. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body, increased vitality and tools to incorporate into your self practice.

INTRO REFORMER SERIES - New clients welcome!

The Intro Reformer Series is a 5 week progressive series for students new to the Pilates Reformer. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates, the spring resistance of our state of the art equipment and a variety of fun and challenging Reformer exercises to align and strengthen the entire body.  This class will provide you with a strong foundation to drop-in to any of our ongoing Reformer classes with knowledge, safety and confidence.

Choose either Mondays at 5pm or Saturdays at 4pm for $225+gst. Attend both classes per week for $425+gst.
