INTRO REFORMER SERIES - New clients welcome!
The Intro Reformer Series is a 5 week progressive series for students new to the Pilates Reformer to begin your Pilates journey with intention. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates, spring resistance, and a variety of fun and challenging Reformer exercises to align and strengthen the entire body. This class will provide you with a strong foundation to drop-in to any of our ongoing Reformer classes with knowledge, safety and confidence.
• Saturdays @ 4pm start Jan 10 for 5 weeks
• Mondays @ 4pm start Jan 12 for 5 weeks
• Classes are 50mins
• 1x per week: $225+gst
• 2x per week: $425+gst
• No prerequisites needed; No refunds or makeups
