In order to address individual needs, help build a strong foundation, maintain class flow and make sure everyone gets the most out of their movement experience, all students new to Pilates are required to take either:


5 Introductory Private Sessions

One on one Fletcher Pilates® sessions are the ideal way to reap the benefits of the method.  Build strength, flexibility, symmetry, tone, endurance and awareness through a program catered specifically to your needs and goals. Hands-on guidance will allow you to progress safely and exponentially on all Pilates equipment.  Once completed, this option qualifies you to join any of our group classes both on and off the equipment.  ($350+gst)

This option is recommended for all students with injuries and/or health care referrals.



8 Week Intro Matwork Series

This is a progressive group class. Repertoire builds each week through all Fletcher Pilates Fundamentals, Matwork I and an intro to Fletcher Towelwork®. The Intro Series gives you the strength and skills to progress to any Fletcher Group Class (non-equipment) with confidence. There are 3 Intro classes on the schedule to choose from each week.

  • 1x/week - $140+gst (choose any 1 of the 3/week)

  • 'Unlimited' - $210+gst (come up to 3x/week)


Want to try just one?

Try an Initial Private Lesson ($50+gst).  During this one-on-one assessment we use a thorough intake to address specific personal history, needs and goals. You get a taste of what Fletcher Pilates® is all about while learning our basic principles and fundamentals. Together we determine what movement path will work best for you and your body.


Previous Experience?

If you’re new to Union but have previous experience at another Pilates studio or with a qualified instructor, start with an Initial Private Lesson. We'll introduce you to our studio and style and recommend your best class options.

Please fill out our intake form prior to your first lesson to help us understand your skills, history and experience level and give you the most out of your movement experience. You are also welcome to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to fill it out in person.
